Welcome!

We consumers are interesting creatures. In our pursuit for lower prices, we have created an economy in which the majority of products are not made to last. Products instead are made to be discarded and replaced. The discarded products end up in landfills, and the replacements are made from new resources. The result? Wasted resources and higher costs.

This site is born from a passion to learn and share information about how we use our resources, like oil, water, trees, time and money. The Services & Training page highlights Good Green Graces services for individuals, businesses and events, and the Signs & Containers page highlights our sign templates and containers available to increase recycling and compost collection at businesses and events.

The Links & Resources page provides connections to multiple sites with information about reuse, recycling, composting and our consumption habits, and the Blog entries contain helpful reuse, recycling and composting tips, statistics and industry information. My opinions and insights regarding the state of our economy and our environment are also included in the blog.  And the About Me page is, well, about me. My hope is that these pages will create awareness and inspire a new perspective in our use of resources. Our resources are just too valuable to waste any more.
